Re. happiness, there&#039;s a deeper version still - fulfillment.  Have you heard of Martin Seligman&#039;s work on &quot;positive psychology&quot;?  In his TED talk and elsewhere, he distinguishes three forms of happiness/fulfillment: 1) pleasure, which is nice but fleeting; 2) flow, the mental state of complete immersion arising from high skill and high challenge simultaneously; 3) purpose and meaning, doing what you believe in.  You&#039;ll like his work, I promise. :)</description>
